This class explores the extraordinary story of Union County—from its ancient geological beginnings over 200 million years ago to the pivotal events of 1832 and the signing of the Cherokee treaty. Students can expect a fascinating journey through time that reveals how the land shaped its people—and how its people shaped the land.
