Plein Air Painting with Watercolors will meet at various locations in the area to paint the beautiful scenes around us.  Virginia will email the location of the first class and the supply lists to registrants before the first class.  Everyone should bring a portable lawn chair or a portable watercolor easel when we meet outdoors.




Virginia Tinsley has always loved painting with watercolors. Since living in Young Harris, she has participated in plein air groups and events capturing the beautiful scenery around us. Her works have won awards in plein air painting competitions. She is a signature member of the Georgia Watercolor Society.
