In this class the instructor will discuss and review the five major hypothesis for the Kennedy murder: Oswald Did It, The Mafia Did It, The CIA+ Did It, Cuba/Russians Did It, and LBJ + Did It. There is reasonable doubt about most, if not all, of the noted hypotheses. Upon conclusion of the seminar, the class will discuss the possibilities of future lectures/discussions based on the input from the group.

Stan Crowder is a retired U.S. Army Military Police Colonel. During his military career, Stan served in numerous positions including: MP Commander, Chief of Investigations for the Inspector General of Georgia, Counterdrug Commander, Battalion Commander, and Chief of Personnel. He served seven years as a civilian police officer; 5-years with Cobb County (GA) PD and 2-years with Marietta (GA) PD. He retired from Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia, in 2024 where he had taught since 1999. Stan has a Ph.D., MBA, and BS. He has co-authored three textbooks: Ethical Justice: Applied Issues for Criminal Justice Students and Professionals, Anabolic Steroid Abuse in Public Safety Personnel, and Forensic Investigations: An Introduction published by Elsevier. In 2022, Kendall Hunt published Stan’s book, Forensic Criminologist Meets Career Criminal: Failure in the American Justice System and in 2026 published the second edition. He has contributed chapters to other textbooks and published articles on teaching and criminal profiling. Stan teaches at Young Harris College as an adjunct professor of criminal justice.
